Muon Events is a sustainable events agency. We provide event management services for businesses, whilst considering their environmental impact and carbon footprint.
By carefully considering the impact of the venues that we choose, the materials that we use, the food that we serve and how we clean up after ourselves, we can create events that will engage and inspire your guests. We save costs through organised and streamlined working practices and by working closely with our suppliers to negotiate better deals on catering, transport and waste.
We organise our own events and also love to work with clients, to plan and run bespoke events that fit their objectives and budget.
Sometimes your brand needs to grab people's attention. We can design an event that captures the imagination and reflects the values of your brand.
Eco Venue & Supplier Sourcing
We thrive in sourcing the perfect venues and suppliers to match your vision...that also have a sustainability mindset.
We can help you design a strategy and support your team with training and advice to meet the ISO 20121 standard.
We can carry out quantitative and qualitative research to help you succeed in the fast paced, constantly changing events sector.
We can organise workshops, focus groups, conferences and seminars to gather opinions from your clients and stakeholders.
Muon Events won the contract to provide our current events programme running through to September 2018. We have been very happy with the service provided to date; Muon Events offers a fresh and creative approach ensuring our events are professionally run and that formats, themes and speakers are fresh and thought provoking. Abena goes the extra mile to provide some great extra touches such as local, sustainable caterers, event videos and Christmas raffles! She is a pleasure to work with and is always open to the inevitable learning and tweaking process that is part and parcel of any events programme.
Muon Events' event management is highly professional and engaging for all attendees. Their heart and soul promoting ethical sustainability is in the right place too!
